Indori Zameen is a map-first real-estate information platform for Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It organises the city’s real-estate information in one place — the register of colonies, the approved layout plans, the zoning and the paperwork behind them — so that you can make an informed choice about what is, for most Indian families, the largest transaction of their lives.

It is an independent platform, built by architects and planners who know Indore’s property market. The documents come from verified sources, and the details are checked with practising Indore brokers. Indori Zameen is not a government body and is not affiliated with one.

What you will find

The colonies map — Indore’s colonies drawn as their own boundaries, village by village, with their approved layout plans placed on the ground, search and filters.
A page for every colony — Colonies A–Z, open to everybody.
Master plans — the city’s master plan over satellite imagery, with guides to the plans of other cities.
Guides — plain-language posts on checking land and property in Indore.

For members

Signing in is free, with Google or a mobile number, and opens the map, colony basics, the document catalogue, pictures, brochures, sale plans and the master plan portal. The Pro membership adds protected colony details and documents, the Indori Zameen assistant, WhatsApp help from our team and requests for colonies we do not yet carry. For consultants and developers

Indori Zameen Partners is the workspace for approved real estate consultants and developers: a CRM on the city’s own map, colony listings, leads, and promotion run by our team. Partner plans are bought on this site.
