Membership Terms

These terms set out how the memberships and partner plans sold by Indori Zameen on indorizameen.com work. They are part of the Terms & Conditions; refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Current plans and prices are on Plans & pricing.

1. Member plans

  • Free member — free with a signed-in account: basic colony information and the document catalogue, RERA and TNCP approval status, map layouts, search and filters, colony pictures, brochures and sale plans, and the complete master plan portal.
  • Pro member — everything in Free, plus protected colony details, documents and downloads, the Indori Zameen assistant, WhatsApp assistance from our team, and requests for additional colonies and documents. Listed at ₹2,000 a month; offered at ₹1,000 a month under a Promotional offer for as long as the plans page shows it.
  • VIP user — all premium features and more. Contact the Indori Zameen team for pricing and access; a VIP plan is agreed with the team and granted by them, usually through an invoice (section 4).

2. Buying, renewal and expiry

  • Choose 1 to 12 whole months and pay once, through Razorpay, for that whole period. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring monthly deduction.
  • The price is calculated by our server at checkout: the monthly price (after any offer shown on the plans page) times the months chosen, less any coupon. The checkout total, in rupees, is the amount you pay; no GST or other charge is added (we are not registered for GST). Offers and coupons have no cash value.
  • Your plan starts when Razorpay confirms the payment to our server, and its start and expiry dates are shown in your account. Payment in a browser alone grants nothing until that confirmation arrives.
  • Buying more of the plan you already hold extends it from its current expiry date. To move to a different paid tier while one is active, contact the team.
  • When a plan expires the account returns to Free automatically; nothing you saved is deleted. Where email or WhatsApp notifications are switched on, we remind you before the expiry date.
  • Each confirmed payment has a payment receipt in your account’s billing. It is not a tax invoice.

3. The Pro document allowance

  • A Pro member may open up to 500 protected documents each calendar month, counted in India time (IST). The allowance resets on the 1st of each month; unused opens do not carry over.
  • Every open counts, including opening the same document again.
  • Colony pictures, brochures and sale plans are open to every member and never count.
  • Your account shows how many opens you have used and when the allowance resets. Once it is used up, protected documents open again from the start of the next month.
  • Most documents are links to government portals such as the MP RERA and ALPASS portals; what we provide is access through this site, not the documents’ contents, which belong to their issuers.

4. Requests, assistance and invoices

  • Requests for additional colonies and their documents are best-effort assistance. We try to provide what is asked for, but availability and timing are not guaranteed, and a request that cannot be met is not a ground for a refund.
  • WhatsApp assistance and the Indori Zameen assistant are available to Pro and VIP members while those services are running; the assistant’s answers are information, not advice.
  • The team may issue you an invoice — for VIP access, a custom package or another service. It appears in your account’s billing and may be paid online through Razorpay, or to the team by cash, UPI or bank transfer. A paid invoice grants the plan, if any, that it names, for the period it names.

5. Partner plans

  • Real estate consultants approved on Indori Zameen Partners may stay on Consultant Free (₹0) or buy Consultant Pro (₹1,999 a month) or Consultant VIP (₹9,999 a month), which open the paid sections of the workspace listed on the plans page.
  • The developer dashboard is free for approved developers. Advertising & sponsorship and Launchpad are custom packages, quoted by the team and usually billed by invoice; every developer promotion is carried out by the team.
  • Partner plans are bought and managed on this site, in the account page, under the same rules as section 2: 1 to 12 months, one payment, no automatic renewal, back to Free at expiry. A member plan and a partner plan are separate; one does not include the other. Use of the workspace is also governed by the Partner Terms.

6. Contribution credits

  • Consultants and developers earn contribution credits for colony updates the team accepts.
  • 50 credits = one month of partner Pro, redeemed in the account page on this site for 1 to 12 months at a time. A redemption starts partner Pro, or extends it from its expiry; it cannot be applied while a partner VIP plan is active.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and credits already redeemed are not returned.

7. Changes

We may change plans, prices, offers and these terms for future purchases. A change never alters the price or period of a plan already paid for. The “last updated” date above says when this page last changed.
