These terms govern your use of the Indori Zameen platform at indorizameen.com (“the platform”). By using the platform, or by pressing Accept on the notice shown when the map opens, you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy, and to the Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The information we present is powered by market information, verbal market and broker inputs, and data available on public-domain portals. We do not take responsibility for any of this data. Our portal is an informative and comparative-analysis platform. All legal information shown here is based on other statutory platforms available in the open domain. Our purpose is to compile static and dynamic information under one portal: a dynamic representation of a huge collection of data available in the market, offered to give users easy, visual accessibility and to help them understand market trends in property details and land details across the city.

1. What the platform is

Indori Zameen is a map-first reference that compiles publicly available information about colonies, layouts and land records in and around Indore, Madhya Pradesh, together with market information gathered from the sources described in the Disclaimer. It is an informational and comparative tool. It is not a government record, a brokerage, a legal adviser, a valuer, or a marketplace, and nothing on it is an offer, a recommendation or an endorsement of any property, promoter or transaction.

2. Accounts and invite-only access

Anyone may browse the map. Detailed project information — field data, documents, files and similar records — is available only to signed-in members. Access is invite-only for now: accounts are added by the administrator, and signing in with Google does not by itself grant access. We may grant, refuse, limit or withdraw access at our discretion. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

3. Using the platform

  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the platform’s data, and do not republish or resell it.

4. No advice; your duty to verify

8. Corrections & takedown

If information about you, your project or your property is wrong, or you want it removed, write to [email protected] with the project name and the specific detail concerned. We review takedown and correction requests and act on legitimate ones promptly.

9. Grievances

Any grievance about the platform can be sent to [email protected] with the subject line “Grievance”. Include enough detail for us to identify the page or record concerned. We acknowledge and address grievances as quickly as we reasonably can.

10. Changes and termination

The platform, its data and these terms will change as the platform grows. Updated terms apply from the moment they are posted on this page; the “last updated” date above tells you when that was. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute connected with the platform.
