Which plan applies in Gurugram today

Gurugram is governed by the Final Development Plan 2031 for the Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex, notified by Haryana's Department of Town & Country Planning (DTCP) in November 2012. A 2041 plan is being discussed but has not been notified. Buildings must follow the Haryana Building Code 2017, amended up to August 2026, and the state TOD policy allows extra FAR along transit corridors. Building plans go through Haryana's online approval system: DTCP approves them in licensed colonies, HSVP in its sectors and the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram in municipal areas.
