Which plan applies in Ulhasnagar today

Ulhasnagar is a densely built city in the Mumbai region. The Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation is its planning authority and published a draft revised development plan, divided into sectors, in 2017. Building rules follow UDCPR 2020. The corporation's Town Planning department grants permission. The city also has special state laws for regularising old unauthorised structures.
